SUMMARY MONITORING TUTORIAL (3rd Sheet)

This tutorial is designated for Contractors to fill CAS (Cost Allocation Sheet) independently. CAS consists of 3 (three) sheets as follows: a. CAS ENTRY FORM (START) - this sheet to record all PO released by COMPANY for PO Data Entry (Video Link) b. Cost Allocation Sheet (CAS) - this sheet to record Contractor's service/material charges that will be translated to invoice (usually monthly but depends on contract discretion). This sheet has to be signed and attached everytime Contractor submits Proforma Invoice (Video Link) c. SUMMARY (MONITORING) - This sheet to record all CAS (charges borne to COMPANY), which has utility to monitor and check whether PO value and/or time are already exceeded. This is IMPORTANT to get a helicopter overview of PO validity. (Video Link) In this video, we learn about how to fill 3rd Form, which is SUMMARY (MONITORING).
