Road to Paradise - Yume 2kki in 21:9

Hallo! Welcome to the discovery of some of my favorite areas of Yume 2kki with a new perspective! Some modifications and video editing were required to make this video watchable (even if my editing skills are close to those of a beginner. . .). There may be some inconsistencies, so sorry for it! (includes some change in aspect ratio, for example) Unfortunately, I couldn't adapt the background of the boat section. Major credit to Juda If you have some questions, here's a small faq: --- Q: Is playing in higher resolution advised? A: Short answer: no. Long answer: While playing with a higher resolution, the game can show: Unintended objects generating (some background paralax for example), overlay not fully covering the screen (mainly fog ones), Urotsuki being shown two times in some small maps (like the Nexus), some rooms/visual effects being shown only on the upper left corner of the screen (simulated 4:3) etc... I can't recommend it for new players, as these small cumulated inconveinance completely break the immersion. I only recommend it to people who have already experienced the maps in normal conditions. --- Q: How to play in [insert resolution]? A: Open the "RPG_RT" file with a text editor (notepad, for example), and add these two rows: WinW=853 WinH=360 (note: these values are for 21:9) --- Q: Can you record the road to a certain map? A: Before recommending, right below is a link to a pastbin including all the different roads that I plan to or can't explore in 21:9. It's not that I can't explore these maps at all (with few exceptions); it's more that the technical difficulties that these maps bring surpass my competence in modifying the game. The main maps that I can't cover are the ones with overlays on them (fog mainly). If I could find the file and upscale it to a 21:9 res and make it look natural, then I would make a video out of it. --- Q: I'm the author of the map shown in this video (or in another one), and I'd like to have the video removed.
