Night Run with a Maxitrak Planet at Mooroolbark Miniature Railway

As part of the activities for the Croydon Model Railway Club's Lilydale 2010 exhibition, a barbecue for exhibitors was held at the Mooroolbark Miniature Railway. I took along my Maxitrak Planet for its first run on a 'foreign' track. As I had not yet fitted permanent headlights, I added temporary lights in the form of a couple of bicycle headlights and a small LED torch. A couple of stops were made to adjust one of the lights which was only held in place by a length of copper wire. The camera was mounted on a camera mount with a suction attachment. Better than having to hold the camera in one hand as I drive the train. The big object that keeps coming into view on the right is not my hand. Just my thumb near the speed control.
