Union Gospel Mission Portland - Overview

At Union Gospel Mission of Portland, our work goes beyond providing meals and shelter. Through the transformative power of Jesus Christ, we help men, women, and children experiencing homelessness, hunger, addiction, and abuse find pathways toward lasting recovery and a new life. Join Executive Director Matt Stein as we take a closer look at the work happening across UGM Portland, from street outreach and emergency shelter to our Christ-centered LifeChange recovery programs, housing support, and long-term aftercare. Every meal, conversation, and connection is an opportunity to build trust, restore hope, and help someone take their next step toward lasting transformation.
