My Disappointment is Immeasurable and My Day is Ruined

In this video, I swap CPU's from a Dell PC I got on Ebay to an HP ProDesk. The Dell has two issues: the first is that it may be vendor-locked so that other PC's can't use its CPU, and it's clocked down to 0.8 GHz all core. That sucks.
