Sorting 2,448 Bottles in Under 3 Hours | Cellar Keeper (Speedrun)

Well... I went back to the cellar to organise the entire wine collection again, but this time I had one new goal: organise the cellar in under 3 hours. After taking around 4 hours on my first attempt, I wanted to see how much faster I could get with a bit of practice. So, I took on all 2,448 bottles and tried to organise the entire cellar as quickly as possible. Can I finally break the 3-hour mark?
