Session With Legendary Tosh Farrell

What a way to start our England tour 🇬🇧⚽️ Our girls had an incredible opportunity to train with former Everton FC Head of Academy, Tosh Farrell. The session challenged the players technically, tactically, and mentally focusing on the details that separate good players from top-level academy players. From first touch and decision-making to intensity, focus, and mentality, the girls were pushed out of their comfort zones in an environment built around growth. The energy, passion, and standards brought by Tosh made this an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to begin our tour. These are the moments that show players what the next level truly looks like. Not just talent… but mindset, accountability, confidence, and the willingness to keep learning every single day. Experiences like this are what Kemp Soccer Development is all about. Exxposing players to different styles, cultures, and high-level environments that help them grow both on and off the field. 🔥 Drop a comment below with your biggest takeaway from the session ⚽ Which professional academy would you want to train with? 📍Follow along as we continue our England Academy Tour #KempSoccer #EnglandTour #GirlsSoccer #EvertonFC #YouthDevelopment #FootballDevelopment #SoccerTraining #PlayerDevelopment #AcademyFootball #WomenInFootball #NextLevel #FootballCulture #TechnicalTraining #MindsetMatters #SoccerJourney
