Mixed Media Mark Making on Paper Bags | Intuitive Art Session with Det

What happens when we let go of the need to create something perfect and simply allow ourselves to play? In this intuitive mixed-media art session, I'm turning ordinary grocery paper bags into a creative playground using gesso, mark-making, and texture. We're exploring our own unique **line language**, experimenting with different marks, and discovering possibilities without worrying about the final outcome. I also share why I make time for creativity, just as I would for exercise or any other practice that supports my well-being. You don't need fancy art supplies or a plan. Grab some recycled paper, a few materials, and come explore with me. This isn't about making a masterpiece. It's about being curious, trusting yourself, and enjoying the process of creating. I'd love to know what you discover through your own marks! *Explore more:* Paru Paro Studios | Creativity & Mindful Art https://www.paruparostudios.com Umindak | Art in Motion https://www.umindak.com #IntuitiveArt #MixedMediaArt #MarkMaking #CreativeMindfulness #ArtJournaling #CreativeWellness #RecycledArt #ParuParoStudios #Umindak
