Dave Hakstol Takes Over At Arizona State; More College Hockey With Guest Brad Schlossman | Called Up

Chris is joined this week by college hockey writer Brad Schlossman while Cam is on assignment in Sweden. Peters and Schlossman reacted to the breaking news that Dave Hakstol was named the new head coach at Arizona State and other major topics in U.S. college hockey. Schlossman shared insights from covering Hakstol for most of his coaching run at the University of North Dakota, how ASU has handled their current situation and what will be next for the program with a new man at the helm. Chris and Brad also talk about the top prospects playing in college hockey, especially ahead of the big matchups between No. 1 Denver and No. 2 Michigan; and No. 3 Michigan State against No. 4 North Dakota on Halloween. Schlossman also shares insight into the new college recruiting landscape and how things have changed. Plus we run Schloss through our regular features including the Called Up Challenge, Beyond Belief and You Have To Pick One. #calledup #calleduppodcast #collegehockey #nhldraft Watch hockey live and on demand on FloHockey—plus thousands of events across every sport in the FloSports network, all included in one subscription: 📺 ▶ SIGN UP TO WATCH: https://flosports.link/4qCyjOH A subscription gives you access to: • AHL, USHL, QMJHL & more! • Full replays, highlights, breaking news, and exclusive coverage • Thousands of live events across 25+ sports in the FloSports network • The FloSports apps, so you can watch anywhere on your TV, phone, tablet or computer Stay connected with FloHockey: 🌐Website: https://www.flohockey.tv/ ▶️YouTube:    / flohockey   📱Instagram:   / flohockey   🎵TikTok:   / flohockeytv   📘Facebook:   / flohockey   𝕏: https://x.com/FloHockey ABOUT FLOSPORTS FloSports is the No. 1 sports streamer in the U.S. with 55,000+ live events across more than 25+ sports.
