The Reality of Winter Van Life in Norway (It’s Not What I Expected)

I bought this van to transport my mountain bike, but with the Norwegian motorcycle season being so short, I wanted to see if I could survive winter camping. It turns out, winter van life in Norway is a lot harder than the "aesthetic" videos make it look. In this video, I'm being honest about the challenges of a non-insulated van, the battle with condensation, and why I'm not ready for a full conversion just yet. It’s a work in progress, and I’m taking baby steps toward the perfect winter setup. Topics covered: Why I'm not cutting a hole in the roof (yet). Dealing with extreme cold in a small van. The reality of condensation in winter camping. Finding peace at the cabin when the weather is too heavy.
