Skyrim: Truth in Legends problem

New mod in CC, figured out the puzzles, but stuck with fighting NPC. Nothing works, seems to be locked in conversation mode and won't allow me to continue. The issue is at the end of the video, but there were some on Reddit that were having trouble with the puzzles. So I though I'd show the entire run for them.
