Der Berg Ported to BO1 - COD BO1 Custom Zombies Map

I found that Der Berg was open source and I just had to try porting it to bo1, I feel like for the most part it's very faithful to the original but maybe I missed something Anyway, this has been one of my favorite custom maps in general for a long time so I love seeing it in bo1 and I think c.h.n did a really good job with this map.
