"Always say yes." That's Chad Stone's advice for anyone earlier in their career. Chad started at MCT as an intern and is now Director of Sales. He points to a mentor who encouraged him early on, pushing him toward conversations, assignments, and experiences that felt out of reach, with people whose seniority made him nervous to even engage.
