Automatic Change-Over System ( For Grid - Solar - Generator)

What started as a concept is now a fully working digital smart automatic three-source changeover system, built to intelligently switch between generator, solar, and grid power (NEPA) depending on availability. The goal was to ensure an uninterrupted power supply while giving better control, visibility, and protection over energy usage. This build went through several months of design, testing, and refinement; from PCB development and firmware programming to enclosure design, wiring, and final installation. With features like dual operation mode, mobile connectivity, real-time monitoring, voltage protection, the system is designed to be practical and reliable for real-world use. This final version reflects the effort put into multiple iterations, and it’s satisfying to see it now actively powering and monitoring operations at Embedded TechLab.
