WORKING ON MY CALAMANSI FARM AGAIN! The next harvest is coming, and the work is constant - cutting the grass is important too, for growth and to control pests, even if it is tedious. I also have a lot of maintenance to do in Davao - mostly on my motorbike, where I need to overhaul my front shock, and change out a lot of filters! Then I learn how to cook tiyula itum at Yong's Satti, a place I visit regularly for its namesake dish (from a Mapun, Tawi-Tawi recipe!) but that now has more Tausug food on the menu! It's not only grass that we are cutting, but also my hair - it's been a while - before we go check up again on the farm!
