Resident Evil 4 Remake: Krauser Fight Knife Only (Professional)

The regular combat knife can achieve pretty much the same effect, though it's a touch slower on the kill. Nearly no-hit all three phases, but phase 3 was just a little too tricky for me. Interestingly, despite Professional difficulty limiting parries to perfect parries only, it seems you can still regular parry Krauser in phases 1 and 2.
