Chef's Double Life Busted After 14 Years on the Run

Brian Anthony Williams, 50, was on the run for 14 years until interviews with local tv news stations led to his capture on October 6, 2026. Williams was living in San Diego, California, as Troy Williams, the head chef at a popular cafe. Police in Davenport, Iowa said they'd been looking for Williams since 2012 for a crime that involves allegations of kidnapping and shooting a woman and leaving in her in a field. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy goes through body-worn camera video of Williams' arrest in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
