I Didn’t Know Where This Conversation Was Going… | Story Time Part II

Okay… Part 1 was me telling the story. Part 2 is where things start getting REAL. 👀 This time, I’m going deeper. I’m talking about prayer, getting more intimate with God, learning how to recognize and listen for His voice, and what happens when you start asking God questions you’re not sure you’re ready to hear the answers to. And then we get into some personal experiences surrounding mental health — the things I’ve wrestled with, experienced, questioned, and learned along the way. Let me be clear: this is my personal experience. I’m not giving medical advice, diagnosing anybody, or saying that everyone’s journey will look like mine. I’m simply opening up about some very real parts of my own story. Because the deeper I’ve gone with God, the more I’ve had to get honest with myself. And sometimes faith doesn’t mean you have all the answers. Sometimes it means sitting in the questions. Sometimes it means praying when you don’t know what to say. Sometimes it means learning how to distinguish your own thoughts, your emotions, your fears, and what you believe God is speaking to you. And THAT is where this conversation takes me.
