Volvo Amazon | 1968 | Will it start?

This video happened almost by accident... I've always filmed videos of my Volvo projects just for myself. I also filmed a few things on this Volvo, but not everything. A friend then suggested that I should start making videos like this. And here we are! 😂 This is just a little video for myself, and hopefully for others to enjoy too. Welcome to Janzz Garage! This is a 1968 Volvo Amazon. It has been sitting for almost 20 years. I thought I'd see if I could get it running again with a little work. I didn't film everything, but I replaced the starter motor, cleaned spark plugs, distributor condenser, fuel pump and fuel hoses in the engine bay. I also cleaned the carburetor. There was no key to start the car. I didn't even try to drive it, as both the clutch master cylinder and clutch operating cylinder were completely rusted solid.
