North Saskatchewan River - part 2 - 95 KM by Canoe & Camping on Islands

Join me on my canoe adventure down the North Saskatchewan River as I paddle approximately 95 kilometres from Maymont Bridge to Petrofka Bridge in Saskatchewan. This trip had a little bit of everything — beautiful scenery, wildlife encounters, peaceful stretches of paddling, getting stuck on sandbars, and camping on islands along the river. I spend my nights out in the wilderness, setting up camp on river islands and enjoying the solitude of the North Saskatchewan River. It’s an adventure filled with unexpected challenges, beautiful scenery, and plenty of time out on the water.
