*Missed windup* whelen wps 2905 siren test 10 second alert and voice dublin, ohio

my mom was able to take off work, so I set her to this 2905 while I was at school. the siren was pretty hard to find so it tucker several minutes for her to find it. Unfortunately, she missed the first voice, and an 8 second alert. The best thing is that I heard the sirens in Franklin County and a few other siren In Dublin. While I was at school, I tried getting the vortex for its test, but unfortunately I wasn't able since by phone was in a locker and they couldn't get the key. Because the teacher they had the key was in a classroom, So I ended up staying in the classroom just to listen to the vortex in licking County. But strangely the siren did a 2 minute alert instead of 1 minute alert. this siren is located at 125 Monterey Dr, it tested every Wednesday at noon depending on the weather.
