This Mediterranean street scene looks simple, but it teaches the habits that strengthen every future painting — timing, edges, values and clarity. I take you through the full process in real time so you can paint along and build these skills with me. I’m using my usual Rosemary & Co brushes throughout the painting. I switch between mops, rounds and riggers depending on the stage, and you’ll see exactly how each one behaves as we move through the layers.
