Set Up Subject Choice Groups | Tutorial #3

Running groups like Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering and Computer Science, or electives like Urdu levels? This video shows how to set them up in EdFleet and put every student in the right group. In this video you'll learn how to: ✅ Create a choice group for a class and section (e.g. "Field" or "Urdu Level") ✅ Make a group required at admission, or optional ✅ Add options and choose which subjects each option gives the student ✅ Assign students one by one, or all unassigned students in one click ✅ Move students between groups ✅ Filter by "Not set yet" to find students who still need a group Good to know: each student picks one option per group. Their subject list updates automatically. If a student moves groups, marks and homework from the old subjects are archived, not deleted.
