PRE-ARRIVAL: FIRE TRUCKS ARRIVE TO FIRE SCENE, Whitehall, PA. 04/17/18

Whitehall, PA Engines 3 and 13 responded to 2520 MacArthur Road behind the Party City for a dumpster fire. Chief 35 arrived and reported a large construction dumpster on fire in the rear of the shopping center. Two dumpsters were actually. Both Engine Companies had a water supply from a hydrant along the rear of the property next to the dumpster. Engine 3 used the squrt to flood one of the dumpsters.
