The Expropriation Act Case | Cape Town High Court | Day 2

AfriForum is challenging the Expropriation Act in court. AfriForum's court application to have certain provisions of the Expropriation Act declared unconstitutional, including those that allow for expropriation without compensation, was heard in the High Court in Cape Town. IRR Legal, a division of the Institute of Race Relations (IRR), has meanwhile joined AfriForum's case as a co-applicant.
