Silence. Melancholic Dark Ambient. Vaesen exploration theme

"... it's not the noise, the screams, nor the rustling, creaking or groaning that gets to me. It's the silence. There's something in that silence. Something I don't want to see..." Are we back? How back are we on a scale from 1 to "so back"? Eh? Making these dark spooky unsettling piano things soothe me like few other things do. The layered textures, the background noises, faraway church bells, subtle dissonance here and there. The grit of unconventional strings, the reverence of choir. Settling in one key and progression only to hop somewhere else for a moment and then back. It's a very soothing palette. I enjoy it. #music #vaesen #dnd #backgroundmusic #gamecomposer #piano #composer #townmusic #sounddesigner #orchestra #victorian #ttrpg #rpg Links: Website: https://www.thwhalee.com/ Patreon:   / thwhalee   Insta:   / thwhalees   Ko-Fi: https://ko-fi.com/thwhalee Xwitter:   / tmvtte   Itch profile: https://thwhalee.itch.io/ Art by Anton Vitus: https://www.artstation.com/antonvitus https://freeleaguepublishing.com/game...
