안녕하세요~ 마늘맨 문수땡입니다~! 🤓👋🏻 다들 어버이날 잘 보내고 계신가요? 😁 저는 이번 어버이날을 맞아 고향인 부산에 내려왔어요! 🤭🤍 아침 6시 반 기차를 타고 부산에 도착하자마자 제가 정말 좋아하는 신평 영진돼지국밥 본점으로 달려갔답니다! 😁 오전 11시 20분쯤 도착했는데, 다행히 웨이팅 없이 바로 들어갈 수 있었어요! 🌝✌🏻 항정살 수육이 듬뿍 나오는 수육 백반을 주문했는데, 두부와 볶음김치까지 함께 나와서 정말 푸짐하더라고요 😁🤍 야들야들한 항정살 수육은 새우젓에 찍어도, 와사비 간장에 찍어도 모두 맛있었어요! 특히 상추에 마늘과 땡초를 얹어 크게 한 쌈 싸 먹으면 정말 천국이 따로 없더라고요 🥹👍🏻🤍🤍🤍 국밥도 기본적으로 밑간이 되어 나와서 바로 국수 소면부터 풀어 먹고, 부추 듬뿍 넣어 밥까지 말아 깍두기 딱 얹어 먹으면! It came with plenty of tender pork jowl, tofu, and even stir-fried kimchi! 😁🤍 The pork was so soft and juicy—it tasted amazing whether I dipped it in salted shrimp or wasabi soy sauce. But let me tell you, wrapping it in a lettuce leaf with garlic and spicy chili is pure heaven! 🥹👍🏻🤍🤍🤍 The soup comes perfectly seasoned, so I started by mixing in the noodles first. Then, I added plenty of chives, mixed in the rice, and topped it with a piece of kkakdugi (radish kimchi)... and wow! You’ll instantly understand why people call this the No. 1 pork rice soup in Busan. 🥰🤍🤍🤍 I was so focused on eating that I completely lost track of time.
