Inside My Custom Leather Studio | Full Workshop Tour & How We Designed It

Welcome inside my custom leather studio! In this full workshop tour, I’m showing you how we designed and built our leatherworking space from the ground up — and why almost every table, shelf, storage area, and workstation ended up exactly where it is. This studio was designed around the way we actually work. I’ll show you our huge 4' x 8' cutting table, sewing area, leather and thread storage, tooling and painting areas, photography setup, and all the little storage solutions we squeezed into spaces that otherwise would have been wasted. You’ll also see some of the more unusual pieces of the shop — including my funky chair that lets me sit about 30 different ways, some clever handmade storage ideas, and, of course, the approximately $7,000 leather-cutting laser. 🤣 I’m also sharing some of the history of the studio, including photos and video from when this space was basically an empty shell, and how we planned and built it into the workshop you see today.
