Spawning Ohmd-Ohmd-Ohk for a Twister: Fast & Easy Method

Credit for this method goes to Eonblue from the Gearbox forum. This method I find is WAY faster than Scyllas Grove. It takes anywhere between 20-100 runs per spawn, still not convinced 4-player lobby makes a difference in spawn chances, but I use 4-p slider anyways. Happy hunting!
