Oriental Approach Kautilya

Kautilya’s Arthashastra is a treatise concerned with political science and Public Administration as much as it is with statecraft, economy and diplomacy. It is written with the practical aim of showing how the government ought to be run. It is also a highly polemical discourse that has astonished scholars, particularly on the themes of violence, conspiracies, espionage, etc.
