So the first thing, the the main principle to think of is that you're shingling. So you're always trying to have the water, the two things that you're putting them, the one underneath is behind, and the one on top is in front, so it's like a shingles when a raindrop comes down, it shingles down. So this they're counterintuitive. They're counter intuitive cuts. So your first cut you make is you cut up so you're going to measure your opening. For example, this opening is 5046 and a half. And so I just made these two inches over on each side. So I made it 4050 and a half. And then I put the stick the middle and get your corners really tight so that the window will fit. And then just the Easy Press from the top, making sure that you don't fold or get any air bubbles in there, it's good to start from your top and work your way down. And then that way, you'll have less chance of it folding on top of itself. All right, and then this part, this little wing goes out and sticks down. And the other thing that I noticed a lot of times people make these too long, and then you got to cut them back. So just keep them kind of short, they don't the your underside layer doesn't need to be too long. Okay, that's it. So I stick to the inside first and halfway through the bitumen. And I'm not sticking the top up yet. I'm just sticking the side inside on. I'm just gonna roughly line it up with the other one down here. And I'm not gonna stick the bottom yet either so I'm not sticking the top or the bottom or the outside just the inside first. And don't work with gloves. You work with gloves and stuff sticks to your hands. Okay, so we're gonna cut this inside edge here. poke yourself and don't cut the other line and then peel it back. You see we've got the drainage plane here. So make sure I like to use the other edge of the blade. Nice, make that corner push real tight. So now you have a real this corner is sealed, it's completely sealed from the rain. Now what you can do is you can create a little bow tie right there and make an extra stitch if you're feeling like you want a little bit of extra protection. Okay, so I'm cutting this one here like that. And then I'm wrapping this one on top. Okay, this one doesn't really need to be that big. People make these really big and there's not really that much point the window only goes that far in anyways. So there's no point in doing that. So ideally, this layer is behind the siding connected to your drainage plane. But in this case, since we that Windows had to go on above the siding, this is where it ended up. Make sure not to cut the the flashing behind it. And then fold it up and out. So you have a nice shingle. So again, you see that one's over. Cut it down so it's below this layer. So again, it's like a shingle. Justin, just barely touching on that one. So now we're going to caulk the perimeter of the nail on thin for the window. This is the base. So we're going to leave that open just in case water gets in there that it can come out. And here's a quick little trick here. So you don't want usually you're gonna have a gap back here.
