In season one, Doctor Jenner told Rick's group "it was the French." Thirteen years later, the franchise finally showed us what he meant. Paris didn't just fall in The Walking Dead. It fell three times: once in a lab, once on Monument Day, and once more when a museum janitor took over the city with the Mona Lisa hanging in her dining room. This video covers the French lab from World Beyond, Isabelle's and Genet's Monument Day flashbacks, the broken Eiffel Tower, the three groups that split Paris, the Amper serum and the burners, and how Genet's Paris ended. Every claim is tied to the episode it comes from. Where the show doesn't give an answer, I say so, and my own theory is clearly labelled.
