For one, Mara now spawn in 4 Gamete and one of them will be the one to spam Mediarahan, so the long schlong now will be focusing on giving you status ailment or beat you with one thrust. Luckily those backup actors are weak, so you can take them out pretty quickly and then take out Mara afterward.
