🔩 PRESSOVAC – The automatic casting system by ASEG Galloni for defect-free, porosity-free results In this video we show you the complete operation of the Pressovac machine by ASEG Galloni, the professional solution for achieving perfect, compact castings free from any defect. The process begins with loading the metal into the crucible and positioning the cylinder. The chamber seals hermetically: first a high vacuum is created, then inert gas is introduced to thoroughly clean both the cylinder and the metal from any impurities. Melting is achieved through the crucible fully surrounded by the coil, combined with a low-frequency pulse system that ensures homogeneous, precisely controlled melting up to 2100°C. Once the optimal temperature is reached, the crucible-cylinder system automatically rotates 90°, allowing the molten metal to flow uniformly into the mold. This is immediately followed by pressurization at 3 bar with Argon gas, which drives the metal into every point of the mold for a fully compact casting. The result?
