🔧 Fiat Coupé Sunroof Fault – 30-Year-Old Retro Electrical Gremlin Finally Diagnosed Today’s video is all about chasing down a sunroof fault on a Fiat Coupé – a proper retro car that’s nearly 30 years old. This one was a barn find, recently recommissioned and sold… and the very last job before it could be enjoyed was getting the sunroof working again. Back in the day, these sunroofs were notorious for failed main drive gears, so that was my first concern. With the car having sat unused for years, I was also worried the system may have been intentionally disconnected to hide a known fault. As the diagnosis went on, things got more interesting: The sunroof relay listed in the wiring information didn’t match the car Most Fiat Coupés never left the factory with a sunroof Which raised a big question… 🤔 Has the fuse box or relay panel been replaced at some point with one from a non-sunroof model?
