Pokémon Masters EX Dragon Tower Floor 39 - Drayton 5/5 R, NC Lucas 3/5 R, Lucas 3/5 R (Tower Cookie)

While it's quite clear that NC Lucas is OP as heck, I was very surprised by regular Lucas as his partner. I got his Tower Cookie first and it makes him a very good EX Zone extender while also having Support EXR and dealing special damage on top of it. A second Dragon Zone MPR makes this clear much more comfortable. If you don't have his Tower cookie, you'll need 2 more MPRs. If you have Lucas at 5/5, you need one MPR less.
