STRAIGHT OUTTA BABYLON (Lyric Video)

What happens when four Hebrew boys tell the royal buffet, “Just bring the salad”? “Straight Outta Babylon” puts playful old-school rap energy into Daniel 1. With vegetables, water, and some thoroughly modern slang, it imagines Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah holding to their convictions in a kingdom determined to reshape their identity. Behind the humor is a story of God-given favor, knowledge, and wisdom. The royal court changes their names, but their faithfulness points beyond the king to the God they serve. When the pressure to fit in gets loud, will we remember who we belong to? This song is a humorous creative interpretation inspired by Scripture, rather than a word-for-word retelling. Its dialogue, jokes, and modern slang are intentionally imagined.
