Onboard with Jenny Tinmouth at Trac Môn Anglesey Race Circuit, POV helmet cam, track view learning.

If you're going on a track day to Anglesey Trac Môn Circuit this is a helmet cam POV view of the circuit during a Whitham Track Training Day onboard the Suzuki GSXR1000RR instructor bike. This is just over one and a half laps right at the end of the session with chequered flag and pit lane entry references. Track references (braking points apex ect.) are not completly perfect as I was giving other track users room and also playing a little bit but it is a clear perspective of the full circuit from the riders eye view and shows the location and entry into pitlane which is before the last corner. Please note you're not usually allowed to run an external helmet cam and I was given permission for this POV for instruction purposes and not instructing anyone on these last laps. The Anglesey Circuit is a fantastic venue, the track is super smooth, with some technically challenging corners, a good selection of corner type including a super fast right kink on the back "straight" which is great fun to challenge your bravery into and precession at speed as you need to line yourself up as straight as possible for breaking into the slowest corner on the track Rocket in. The track has fantastic apex reference points with a painted apex mark on most inside curbs, they are difficult to initially locate at speed so a track walk first off is highly recommend. The circuit is set in a beautiful location overlooking the Irish Sea and Snowdonia, ideal for staying over, with onsite facilities including bar and Resurant. The old circuit was my training ground early in my racing career and I've done loads of laps as an instructor for Jamie Whitham and Paul Drinkwater on their completely awesome track training days (link below) so I can highly recommend both!
