JetTalks at SC25 - Seagate Technology

This is an interview from JetTalks live at Supercomputing 2025, featuring the host, Jim, and Tony Tocco, a solutions architect from Seagate. Tony supports all of the Americas and Canada for Seagate. Tony showcased Seagate's product family of systems inside a cabinet: Live Mobile devices: These are used for transporting data from the field to a data center or the cloud. The products include Live Mobile and Live Cloud. 2U12 and 2U24: The 2U24 is an all-flash array, and the 2U12 can be all-flash or hard drives, making it a hybrid system. 5U84: This is a drawer-type system with two drawers that can house 84 drives. 4U 74 and 4U 100: The 4U 74 is a brand new box announced the previous week, and the 4U 100 is its "big brother". It is a pull-out box with drives on top. Corvaults and 4U 106s: Seagate still sells these systems.
