Adam and Eve: Why One Choice Didn’t Have to Ruin Them

Adam and Eve made one choice that changed everything, but it didn't have to ruin them. It was the first time a human chose between trusting God and trusting themselves, and every one of us has faced that choice since. Before the first bite, there was a garden, a single rule, and a God who walked with people like a friend. This is the story of Adam and Eve, told cinematically, from the first light of creation to the moment they walked out of Eden. God forms Adam from the dust, plants a garden with the tree of life at its centre, and gives one command: don't eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Then the serpent asks a single question, and everything turns on one choice. Fig leaves, hiding, blame... and then something nobody expects: before they leave, God clothes them, and hides a promise inside the judgment. Cherubim guard the way back to the tree of life, but the story doesn't end there. Not a sermon.
