Taht Dhill Et-Talha | Western Sahara | Acoustic Desert Rhythm

Inspired by the Sahrawi haul traditions of Western Sahara, this piece explores the vastness of the stony desert through a focused acoustic pulse. Centered on a solitary traveller pausing at midday beneath an acacia tree, the song watches the heat haze drift over the plains while wind traces ridges in the gravel. Plucked tidinit riffs and the resonant patterns of the ardin harp lead the movement, grounded by steady tbal percussion and syncopated handclaps. A focused male lead vocal is answered by subdued harmonies, lending an unhurried, reflective momentum to the dry terrain. Follow The Trade Wind Society and discover where the journey goes next.
