How to Guarantee a Shiny Starter in Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire

Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald might be remembered as frustrating games to shiny hunt in. Between the unlikely odds and the clunky RNG, shiny Pokémon, especially shiny starters, felt every bit as rare as 1/8192... and sometimes more! Thankfully, this featured exploit using the game’s own RNG, will give us the ability to guarantee a shiny starter with ease. An added bonus is that this exploit also makes encountering, wild and legendary, shiny Pokémon a breeze too! Which will be featured in a future video, stay tuned! Yes, in terms of shiny hunting, these are deemed as "RNG clones" which usually aren't recognized as legitimate shiny Pokémon in the shiny hunting community... the way I see it, these are shiny Pokémon that sparkle and look pretty (usually) and our time is valuable. I think it is totally reasonable to use this method when the RNG in these games (especially Emerald) is broken. Of course, it takes the fun out of shiny hunting but they’re still wonderful to admire… and they don’t take a lifetime to acquire! That is many versions behind... and at the time of this video Pokéfinder 4.3.2 is latest version but the process is still the same, the UI will just look different. (thanks to Admiral-Fish!) Same story for Eon timer, but it'll work all the same (thanks DasAmpharos!) Download Eon Timer - https://github.com/DasAmpharos/EonTim... Once again, if you have any questions or issues please let me know. Yes, the UI might look different because of the version of Pokéfinder I used, but this process will still work in newer versions! Please feel free to like, share, and subscribe, as it would greatly help out the channel. Also, let us know how quickly you got your shiny starter! Finally, thank you guys so much for watching and have fun with the RNG!
