How Many Badges of Justice Do You NEED for Phase 4? (TBC Anniversary)

Phase 3 literally just launched, but with an (allegedly) expedited TBC Anniversary, Phase 4, Phase 3.5, the ZA Phase - whatever you wanna call it - could come fairly soon, so keeping in mind how many badges to prepare could be worthwhile and give you something to do between raid nights. So, if you're excited for Phase 4, get those badges together to have BiS gear right at launch, whenever that may be. Also, I'm going to BlizzCon - I can't wait to see what happens. Will TBC be "dead" after BlizzCon? We'll find out.
