Pure emotion, that's what. This European reaction video captures Petra's genuine first impression of one of the biggest names in country music, and her reaction is honestly so much more emotional than we expected going in. In this European reacts video, we sit down to watch Chris Stapleton's iconic live performance of Tennessee Whiskey, complete with the long hair, the beard, the harmonica, and that unmistakable raspy voice that has made him a country music superstar in the US. Petra has genuinely never heard of him before this video, which makes her reaction even more authentic. She immediately picks up on how unique and "rusty" his voice sounds, compares him to Teddy Swims, and gets completely pulled into the romantic, slow dance vibe of the performance. This is part of our Aaron and Petra React: USA series, where a European and an American react to everything from American culture and food to sports, geography, and now, American music. Country music reactions are new territory for us, and this one turned into one of the most genuine, emotional reactions we have filmed. Petra openly admits that country music is just not something that exists in her culture back home in Europe, so watching her connect with a genre she has zero context for made this American music reaction one of our favorites to film. Throughout this Chris Stapleton reaction, we talk about the band members, including Savannah, Georgia native guitarist and the Dallas, Texas based harmonica player Mickey Raphael, the nostalgic 2018 pre-pandemic concert setting, and how the entire performance feels less like a song and more like a shared moment between the artist and the crowd. Petra even jokes about wanting a cowboy hat to look more American, and by the end of the video she is asking to hear more of his music, which says everything about how this reaction went. If you are new here, we are Aaron and Petra, a European and American couple making content about discovering the US together. Aaron is American, Petra is from Europe, and together we react to everything from American food and sports to American culture, slang, geography, and now music. We also have content where Aaron, an American living in Slovenia, cooks traditional Slovenian food, so if you love cross cultural content from both sides of the Atlantic, you are in the right place. We upload every single day, so if this kind of European reaction content is your thing, make sure to like, comment, and subscribe so you don't miss the next one. #europeanreaction #europeanreacts #chrisstapleton #tennesseewhiskey #countrymusicreaction #europereactstoamerica #americamusicreaction #countrymusic #europeanreactstousa #aaronandpetra #musicreaction #europeanperspective #foreignreaction #reactionchannel #europeanreactstoamerica #firsttimereaction #countrymusicfan #livemusicreaction #europereacts #americansingerreaction #europeansreacttoamerica #culturalreaction #europeancouple #americancouple #internationalcouple #discoveringamerica #europeanmeetsamerica #liveconcertreaction #musiclover #europereactschannel #dailyreactionvideos #tennesseewhiskeylive #countrysinger #soulfulvoice #stapletonreaction -------------------------------------------------------------- Video Credit -    • Chris Stapleton - Tennessee Whiskey (Live ...   Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
