Biggest Giant Redwood in Rutland? Measuring a Giant Sequoia in the UK

Exciting visit to the former residence of prominent Ketton horticulturist Thomas Burroughes, who's tree planting throughout the village now treats visitors to a spectacular array of mature exotic trees. This video takes place in what was once his garden, where I suspect his Redwood planting spree began, with one lone Giant Sequoia on the banks of the river Chater. The biggest and likely oldest in the village. 35m tall, 733cm girth. Kindly given access to the site by the occupier. Big thanks to Charity my wonderful girlfriend for her help measuring and filming this! ‪@charitysmusic‬ DJI Mini 3 Panasonic GX85
