Come spend a relaxing upstate New York weekend with me, my husband Keith, and our dog Diptych 🐶🌲 For this trip, we stayed at Piaule Catskill — a beautiful design-focused hotel surrounded by nature in the Catskills. We chose Piaule because we loved the architecture and minimalist cabins, but also because we wanted a trip where we could actually slow down, enjoy the spa, get a massage, hang by the pool, and have a really good dinner without leaving the property.
