Moonlight "Maverick" Sonata - Arranged by Oscar Contreras

Moonlight "Maverick" Sonata Composed by Ludwig Van Beethoven Arranged by (C) Oscar Contreras, 2023 An epic cinematic reimagining of Ludwig van Beethoven’s legendary Moonlight Sonata — fused with the spirit of aerial combat, 80s synth nostalgia, and modern orchestral storytelling. Inspired by the atmosphere and emotional energy of the Top Gun Anthem, composed by Harold “Axel” Faltermeyer, this arrangement blends Yamaha DX7-style vintage synthesizers, cinematic orchestra, rock, funk, classical piano textures, and new age soundscapes. In this reinterpretation, we take Ludwig van Beethoven into the cockpit of the F-35 Lightning II — one of the most extraordinary engineering achievements ever created. This is not a traditional cover. It is a cinematic reinterpretation designed to feel like Beethoven flying through the night sky inside a modern stealth fighter.
