CCRF 31 Chris Gonzalez Data to Knowledge Platform

This short video introduces Chris Gonzalez's research on the development of a Data to Knowledge Platform designed to transform diverse geoscience datasets into actionable insights for mineral exploration and critical resource research. The platform provides a secure environment for data ingestion, quality assurance, spatial visualisation and analysis, enabling researchers to discover, integrate and interrogate information from across multiple CCRF themes. By harmonising datasets, improving data accessibility and providing powerful visualisation and analytical tools, the platform supports collaboration, knowledge generation and evidence-based decision-making. The project aims to create a connected digital research infrastructure that helps researchers uncover new relationships within geoscience data, accelerate discovery, and support the next generation of data-driven exploration and critical mineral research.
