ફ્રેન્ડ્સ , આજે આપણે દિવાળી માટે એકદમ સરસ શક્કરપારા બનાવીશું . શક્કરપારા દર દિવાળીએ દરેક ગુજરાતી ઘરોમાં બનતા જ હોય છે પણ એને એકદમ પરફેક્ટ બનાવવા જો થોડી ટિપ્સ નું ધ્યાન રાખવામાં આવે તો એ બહાર કરતા પણ સરસ બનશે .આ શક્કરપારા ઉપરથી ક્રિસ્પી એટલે કે ખસ્તા બને છે સાથે મોમાં મુક્ત જ ખવાઈ જાય એવા સરસ પોચા બને છે તો તમે આ રીત જરૂર ટ્રે કરજો તમને ચોક્કસ પસંદ આવશે. ટીપ્સ : આ રેસીપી માં ચપટી જ ખાવાનો સોડા નાખવો , જો સોડા વધારે પડે તો લોટ શક્કરપારા તળતા સમયે તેલમાં છુટા પડી જાય.
