Project213 - First Unity PCVR Test (Jeffrey Dahmer Apartment 213 VR Reconstruction)

After banging my head into the wall (metaphorically) trying to get a standalone Quest 2 APK that was worthwhile, I've now decided this thing needs a PC build to do it justice. This is my VERY rough first pass. Tons of materials to remake and a lot of functionality to be added, but at least I got the TV to work.
